The Predacons awaken and begin their search for the Legendiscs. In the midst of a Predacon attack, Isami summons the Swordbot Samurai Team.

In the midst of a Predacon attack upon Nagoya Castle, Tobio summons the Swordbot Shinobi Team.
3 Pursue! The Legendiscs!
The Predacons go back in time to acquire an artifact, and the Samurai Team and Isami pursue them.
4 The Invincible Swordsman - Ryoma Sakamoto!?
Chasing another Legendisc in the past, Isami and the Samurai Team encounter legendary swordman Ryoma Sakamoto.
5 Discover! The Legendiscs!
Tobio and the Shinobi team go back in time and meet Tobio's ancestor, the Fuma clan leader Kotaro Fuma.
6 Showdown! Benkei Musashibo!
Isami and the Samurai Team, and the Predacons, pursue another Legendisc to the past. There they find it in the hands of the great warrior Benkei Musashibo.
7 Depart! Optimus Exprime!
The secrets of the Legendiscs are finally revealed to Isami and the Samurai Team, but they find themselves attacked by the revived Dragotron.
8 Enter! The New Warrior!
Tobio and the Shinobi Team finally retrieve the yellow Legendisc from Sasuke Sarutobi. Unfortunately, the revived Dragotron has other plans for the disc.
9 Final Battle! Link-Up Triple Combination DaiGekisou!
Dragotron kidnaps Tobio and puts his master plan into action; can the combined might of the Shinobi and Samurai Teams stand up him?
10 Final Battle! Link-Up Triple Combination DaiKenzan!
Dragotron kidnaps Isami and puts his master plan into action; can the combined might of the Shinobi and Samurai Teams stand up him?
